Information sheet for the golden bottle activation

    During the Paris 2024 Olympic Games we offer you the opportunity to participate in the Golden Bottle activation at the Paris 2024 Athletes’ Village. For that purpose, we process your personal data, received from the International Olympic Committee.
     
  2. Who is responsible for the processing of personal data?
    Anheuser Busch InBev SA/NV (Grand Place 1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium) is responsible as controller for the processing of your personal data.
     
  3. What is the purpose of the processing?
    Your personal data is processed by AB InBev to verify your eligibility to receive the Golden Bottle.
     
  4. What is the legal basis for the processing?
    We base the processing of your personal data on our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
     
  5. What personal data are processed?
    The personal data to be processed include your name and nationality.
     
  6. Who are the recipients or categories of recipients of your personal data?
    The recipients of your personal data will be only the staff who gives you the Golden Bottle.
     
  7. Are your personal data transferred to a third country?
    Personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
     
  8. How can you exercise your rights?
    You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data, to restrict (under certain conditions) the processing of your personal data, to object to the processing of your data, and to request the deletion of your personal data (if processed unlawfully). Where applicable, you have the right to receive your personal data provided to the controller or to have your personal data transmitted directly to another controller (data portability). You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can direct your queries to dataprotectionofficer_eu@ab-inbev.com. The query will be dealt with within 30 days. You have the right of recourse to the Belgian Data Protection Authority if you consider that your rights under the GDPR have been infringed as a result of the processing of your personal data by AB InBev. 
     
  9. How long are your personal data kept for?
    Your personal data will be kept until 25 August 2024.
     
  10. Are the personal data collected used for automated decision-making, including profiling?
    Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.
     
  11. Will your personal data be further processed for a purpose other than that for which data have been obtained?
    The personal data will not be processed for a purpose other than indicated above.
